Music is the language of my soul. I often find myself writing and covering songs or pieces of songs, rushing to record them and rarely finishing them. Sometimes I do, mostly I don’t. I joked once that I have a graveyard of music. So I created a space for them, so that—at the very least—I would have a record of those ideas or so that I could occasionally pick one out to finish.
I’m sharing the graveyard with you in case you find it interesting to hear works in progress. I do. Most of them are covers. It’s how I’ve tried to discover my own voice as a musician and it’s how I’ve bonded with a song that I just couldn’t shake once hearing it.
A couple favorites (to pique your interest), Twice by Little Dragon, Midnight by Coldplay, and I Gave It All written by me.
As an aside, the finished stuff lives here, on the music page.
