My daddy just called to encourage me. He said he felt he should tell me not to be afraid to dream with the Lord. This is something he regrets not doing as a young man.
“Pray and let the Lord stir up and encourage desires in you. Let Him fan into flame passions you may not know you have. It’s tempting to stay practical but it costs nothing to dream.”
He is right. As he speaks, a piece of my soul aches deep within me. And at the same time, my head tries to overrule my heart and keep my dreams grounded.
