One for the PNW boys of the Collared Shirt Krew: Jacob Ruff, Chris Clappé, Zach Hoffner, and Tyler Johnson—the ones I’ve had the pleasure to hang out with anyway. In a nutshell, they do sick tricks. The illustration started (back in May) as a simple exercise to gain a better appreciation for these blackletter forms and it completely worked. I’m in love.
I will not be attending RISD. I have said this before but so far as I can see it, I will not be saying it again & I am at peace. We’ve come around to it again, the Sasquatch! Music Festival poster show. I was asked to create one again this year and I drew Beat Connection.
